OUR PURPOSE

St. John's Board for Missions is dedicated to prayerfully seeking God's guidance in helping spread the Good News in our support of local and international missionaries, sending those called forth, providing mission awareness, mission education, and mission opportunities.

The Lord has richly blessed us here at St. John's with many opportunities to serve by providing prayer and financial support to missionaries in the field, and working at home to answer God's call.

 

Centro Cristiano Redwood, Oxnard

St. John's provides financial and prayerful support to our brothers and sisters of our sister Hispanic church in Oxnard. Pastor Dennis and Tara Bradshaw and Lay Pastor Marco Lozano are dedicated to evangelism, preaching, teaching, and reaching out to the Hispanic community in Oxnard and now in Carpenteria.
 
 

Short-term Mission Opportunities

St. John's Board for Missions provides a number of short term outreach opportunities throughout the year. Currently St. John's is working with Mexican Medical to help share God's love in Tijuana by sending forth weekend and week-long service groups helping with the building of a clinic and a hospital. More exciting opportunities are to come to bring us out into the "harvest fields!"
